Your practice stays in this browser.

The app stores your exercise scores, attempt counts, practice dates, selected caller accent and per-accent progress in local storage on this device. It does not send your typed exercise answers or scores to an app server. Typed answers are held only while you work on the current exercise.

No learner account, microphone recording, advertising scripts or third-party analytics are enabled in this version. The hosting provider may process ordinary access logs and, for a private preview, sign-in information under its own policies.

You can remove local progress using your browser’s site-data controls. Clearing storage or using a different browser loses that progress. Do not enter real guest or customer information into the exercises.

Fictional learning material

All people, hotels, bookings, emails and telephone numbers in the exercises are examples. The course uses UK telephone numbers reserved for fictional use and example.com email addresses. Do not call or email exercise contacts.

Using the course

Use the free interactive exercises for personal learning. The downloadable blank reception note may be printed for personal or classroom practice. Do not resell the course or represent its examples as real bookings.

The lessons are independent practice material, not a professional qualification, accredited language test or promise of employment. Scores may not recognise every equivalent wording. The course is provided as available; no particular learning outcome is guaranteed.

Downloads and optional purchases

The free printable note opens in your browser and does not require personal details. If an optional practice pack becomes available, checkout and digital delivery will be handled by the linked payment provider under its terms. No card details are entered into this app.

Future changes

If advertising, analytics or new data collection are enabled later, this notice must be updated before those features launch. Advertising is currently off.
