English learners preparing for hotel reception work, new front-desk staff, and anyone who wants more practice capturing details from spoken English. Start with Foundation calls, then move to more complex messages and corrections.
Is it really free?
All 24 online scenarios and all three caller accents are free to practise. You do not need an account or a card. An optional offline practice pack is being prepared separately.
Am I speaking to a live AI?
No. You listen to original, prerecorded AI-generated conversations and write a reception note. Your answers are checked against an answer key with accepted alternatives. There is no live chatbot or microphone recording.
What happens to my progress?

How do the accents work?
Choose a British, American or Australian caller. Reception stays British, and the scenarios use UK hotel details. Each synthetic voice is one example of an accent, not every speaker in a country.
