Third-party notices

Original exercise content and generated recordings are part of Call Capture Lab. The current recordings were generated using ElevenLabs Eleven v3. Playback uses prerecorded audio; learners do not download model weights or connect to a speech-generation service.

Current conversational voices

Lucy - Fresh & Casual is the British receptionist. Christopher - Gentle and Trustworthy, Mark - Natural Conversations and Tom - Conversations & Books are the British, American and Australian callers respectively. The voices were selected from the account’s saved ElevenLabs voices. These are fictional practice conversations.

The generated audio is governed by the applicable ElevenLabs terms; it is not offered under an open model licence. The retained British dialogues and the complete turns generated through the ElevenLabs MCP plugin preserve their internal phrasing, with volume matching for playback.

Earlier editions: Chatterbox and Qwen3-TTS

Earlier recordings used MIT-licensed Chatterbox Turbo with original synthetic voice references designed using Apache-licensed Qwen3-TTS. Their source tooling and licence references are retained in the project.
